PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF SQUISH JUICERY’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AND DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE JUICE RESET.
These terms and conditions apply to your access to and use of the Squish Juicery website located at www.squishjuicery.com (the “Site”), and your use of the information and other products or services provided on the Site or by Squish Juicery Ltd. (“Squish Juicery”) , including, without limitation, any juices, nut mylks, and any cleanse or resets (the “Products”). Each time you use the Site, you signify your acceptance and agreement of the then-current version of these terms and conditions.
The information and recommendations offered on this Site are for informational purposes only, without warranty of any kind. It is your responsibility to educate yourself as to the contents and effects of any Product, or any other lifestyle or dietary information provided. The information and Products provided on this Site and by Squish Juicery are not intended to replace the advice or care of a medical health professional, and are not intended to cure, prevent or diagnose any disease or medical condition, or recommend any course of treatment for you. You should consult your doctor before undertaking any lifestyle or dietary changes. Squish Juicery makes no assurances that the information or Products provided will meet your medical needs.
• 1. Consent to Receive E-mails
By using the Site and providing your email address to Squish Juicery, you consent to receive e-mails from Squish Juicery, which may include commercial e-mails.
• 2. Cancellations and Refunds
Squish Juicery does everything possible to provide you with the freshest possible product at all times. Live, fresh juice must be treated with the utmost care and diligence in preparation. With our commitment to quality, our policy is that all cancellations or changes must be received no less than three (3) calendar days before your start date. Example: If you are beginning your cleanse/reset on a Monday, any changes or cancellations must be requested by Friday at 3pm to avoid penalty. Otherwise no refunds OR credits will be issued. Any requests for a refund due to medical issues before, during or after a cleanse/reset, will be handled on an individual basis. Doctor's proof of condition is required.
• 3. Delivery and Drop-Off of Products
Squish Juicery shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of any Products after they have been dropped off at your delivery address or (if applicable) the security or concierge at your building. It is your responsibility to ensure Squish Juicery’s access to your delivery address and to ensure that any Products which require refrigeration are immediately refrigerated. If for whatever reason, you are not at your delivery address to receive the Products or (if applicable) the security or concierge at your building refuses to accept the delivery of the Products and/or deny entry to Squish Juicery, Squish Juicery shall not be responsible to re-deliver the products, and Squish Juicery is under no obligation to provide you with a refund for the affected products. Squish Juicery will charge a $30 fee for re-delivery. Squish Juicery shall not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of products due to natural disasters, weather storms, accidents, lockouts, breakdown of machinery, stoppage of labor, Acts of God, inability to procure materials, or other reason of like nature.
• 4. Copyright and Limited License
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content and other materials on the Site, including, without limitation, the Squish Juicery logos, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, reviews, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Site Materials") are the proprietary property of Squish Juicery or its licensors and are protected by Canada, U.S. and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and electronically copy and print to hard copy portions of the Site Materials for your informational, non-commercial and personal use only.
• 5. No Advice, No Client Relationship
The Site is for informational and demonstrative purposes only. The Site is not offering advice, recommendations, or an offer, solicitation or recommendation of any particular therapy, action or activity as suitable for you or your needs. IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, SQUISH JUICERY IS LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON, THEN THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SQUISH JUICERY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, SHALL NOT EXCEED ANY COMPENSATION YOU PAY, IF ANY, TO SQUISH JUICERY FOR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS.

Squish Juicery may provide links to Web pages and content of third parties as a service to those interested in such links and content, and Squish Juicery may post third party content to the Site (such content is collectively referred to as "Third Party Content"). Squish Juicery does not endorse or adopt any Third Party Content or third party Website and can make no guarantee as to its accuracy or completeness. Therefore, Squish Juicery makes no guarantee, representation or warranty of any kinds as to the quality, competency, value, reliability, responsiveness, accuracy or completeness of any such Third-Party Services or the results obtained therefrom, and Squish Juicery assumes no responsibility or liability for any Third Party Services or for the actions or failure to act of those providing such Third-Party Services. What about Squish Juicery’s online storefront?
Squish Juicery’s store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Will Squish Juicery disclose your Personal Information to third parties?
Squish Juicery does not sell your Personal Information to anyone. Squish Juicery will only disclose your Personal Information to our suppliers and third party service provides for operational purposes, payment processing and to otherwise assist us in providing you with our Products. We may also disclose your Personal Information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, where required by law, or if you violate our Site Terms. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
